Workshops and competitions also take care of the development of the profession and raising the quality of the entire experience in gastronomy. Every year we try to take a step forward in our professionalism and follow the trends. Every year, this segment represents the added value of the Faira of tastes, as they attract a huge number of visitors, so we even have to limit the number of places due to the quality of execution. We organize workshops in cooperation with domestic and foreign culinary experts and masters.
