When it comes to the best in gastronomy and hospitality, it is time for the International Specialised Fairs of Tastes, which have a 14-year tradition. The coming Fairs will be hosted at Gospodarsko razstavišče, the Ljubljana Exhibition and Convention Centre, on the last weekend of January 2020 – from 29 January to 1 February. Last year, the Fairs of Tastes exceeded expectations and broke the record – with more than 20.000 exhibitors and more than 500 visitors, joint by the desire to acquire and share knowledge, expand business contacts and networks, promote their own brands, present and put the catering or hotel industry on the map and find new business opportunities.
