When it comes to the best in gastronomy and hospitality, it is time for the International Specialised Fairs of Tastes, which have a 18-year tradition. The coming Fairs will be hosted at Gospodarsko razstavišče, the Ljubljana Exhibition and Convention Centre, between 29. 1. – 1. 2. 2025. Last year, the Fairs of Tastes exceeded expectations and broke the record – with more than 20.000 exhibitors and more than 500 visitors, joint by the desire to acquire and share knowledge, expand business contacts and networks, promote their own brands, present and put the catering or hotel industry on the map and find new business opportunities.
Every year, the Fairs of Tastes provide an irreplaceable space for socializing, where professionals and the interested public can meet and exchange ideas. Despite all the advances, changes and technologies, the GASTexpo & Ice Cream Fairs of Tastes are a constant experience for everyone who follows their philosophy – personal contact and a firm handshake is still the best way to make new acquaintances, connections, and business deals. A School of Pizza perhaps?It will be held under the direction of the best Italian chefs and world champions, in cooperation with the Section of Pizza bakers of the Slovene Association of Chefs and Confectioners.
