In the culinary world, pizza has become one of the most popular dishes and in recent years has become an indispensable part of restaurant menus.
This year, in cooperation with the World Pizza Champions, the Pizza Section of the Slovene Association of Chefs and Confectioners and partners, we have again prepared a varied programme and maintained the top quality of the pizza and its ingredients.
Take advantage of the knowledge of the best pizza chefs and sign up for the School of Pizza, held in collaboration with our partner Mercator Cash&Carry. Individual courses can also be arranged by prior arrangement.
Every year a competition is held to find the "BEST PIZZA CHEF of Slovenia", and this year is the 11th year in a row. Pizza chefs and cooks can enter the competition as individuals or as representatives of their pizzeria or restaurant.
