7th national championship “BEST PIZZA CHEF OF SLOVENA” 2019′

THURSDAY, January 31st, 10.30 am

At the upcoming Fairs of tastes GASTexpo 2019, the 7th open national championship in pizza baking, “BEST PIZZA CHEF OF SLOVENIA” will take place. The competition will be held by the Slovene Association of Chefs and Confectioners.

The championship is open to all pizza chefs and chefs. You can compete as an individual or as a representative of your pizzeria/restaurant.

The competitors will have to prepare two pizzas. The first prepared pizza has to be a MARGHERITA, the other is a competitor’s own creation from the ingredients available to him at the competition. The list of the ingredients is described in the Regulations.
