The 19th International HoReCa specialised hybrid GASTexpo Fairs of Tastes took place from 4 to 7 February 2026 at the Gospodarsko razstavišče exhibition centre in Ljubljana, with the digital fair running from 21 January to 22 February 2026.

Once again, the Fairs impressed with a comprehensive professional programme, varied events and practical innovations, reaffirming their position as the region’s leading professional event for the hospitality industry. Attendance exceeded the previous year by 10%.
- New generation of professional catering equipment – modern ovens, pizza ovens, thermal lines, cooling systems and advanced coffee machines.
- Professional programme – craft beer, latte art, ice cream making, the pizza machine and beer and cheese pairings.
- Championships – the 13th International Best Pizza Chef of Slovenia Championship and the 2026 Barcaffè LAGS Battle.
- Hybrid format – live streams and digital showrooms before and during the fair.
- Free shuttle for the first time between the P+R Center Stožice car park and the venue.
