The last weekend of January is traditionally reserved for celebration of achievements, surpluses, successful practices, trends, and technological innovations that the profession has achieved in the Ho-Re-Ca field, both at home and abroad. At the Ljubljana Exhibition and Convention Centre, the doors are wide open to the Fairs of Tastes that have become synonymous over the years with professionalism, quality, and progress. The Fairs will be the 14^th in a row, with significant international participation.

The GASTexpo & Ice Cream International Specialised Fairs of Tastes feature gastronomy and hospitality in all their glory.
