The workshops are organized by exhibitors and renowned experts and masters in the culinary field, ice cream preparation, confectionery, bakery products and pizzas, coffee and cocktail preparation, trendy bio/vegan cuisine and beer brewing.
This year’s NOVELTY – LATTE ART workshops – that will be held by the father of Latte art, Mr. LUIGI LUPI and other world renowned and established masters from Italy, Ms. MANUELA FANSORE, Ms. CARMEN CLEMENTE and MARTINA LUPI.
