WEDNESDAY, THURSDAY AND FRIDAY, 29, 30 and 31 January 2025, from 10am to 4pm

Representatives of certified producers of Carniolan sausage will be with us, who will present the requirements for the production of Carniolan sausage, which is subject to strict control and the requirements specified in the official document regarding ingredients and the production process. Establish business contact and upgrade it with business cooperation and include the protected Carniolan sausage, marked with the symbol of the European quality scheme Protected Geographical Indication, in your offer.

Let’s get to know Slovenian protected traditional products!

Traditional culinary products represent an important potential in catering. Those that are protected at the European level and bear the symbols of European quality schemes PGI, PDO or ZTP have a special place.

On Thursday, from 12:00 to 14:00, you are invited to the exhibition space of GIZ Kranjska klobasa in Hall A2 – 49 for a presentation and tasting of protected Slovenian culinary products. Among them, of course, Carniolan sausages and other meat delicacies from various parts of Slovenia, which we are always proud to offer to our guests!

The Carniolan sausage with Jure Galičič!

If anyone knows how to prepare Carniolan sausage in a hundred and one ways, it is certainly Jure Galičič, a former MasterChef contestant, an excellent chef and a great fan of this Slovenian delicacy.

You are invited to the GIZ Kranjska klobasa exhibition space in Hall A2 – 49, where on Saturday between 12:00 and 4:00 p.m., Jure will show you some useful ideas for preparing Kranjska klobasa, with which you will impress your guests. Of course, we will also try everything and make sure that Carniolan sausage can be really practical, not just tasty! we can always proudly offer it to our guests!
