CHAMPIONSHIP IN MAKING PIZZA "BEST PIZZAMAKER OF SLOVENIA"
Competition will be held on Monday, 11th of February 2013
, starting at 9:30 am
Participants: all cooks and pizzamakers as individuals or as representatives of their restaurant. Number of participants is limited: maximum 30!
Chosen flavour: MARGHERITA
The winner will recieve a title "THE BEST PIZZAMAKER of SLOVENIA!"
First three will recieve medals and practical awards from sponsors.

Daily Pizza show
provided by Italian professional
pizza makers, where participants will broaden their horizons in cooking knowledge and flavours by degustations.
School will be held on Tuesday, 12th of February 2013 from 10 am to 14 am
It is a 4-hour intensive course
in making classic pizza and pizza "napoletana" provided by Italian professional pizzamakers, which can attend professional cooks and pizzamakers or amateur cooks

3rd Slovenian championship in MAKING ICE - CREAM
Competition will be held on Tuesday, 12th of February 2013
, starting at 10 am
Most important rules:
On the competition can apply all chefs, who own a restaurant for making Pizza in Slovenia, their relatives or colleagues– every company only one competitor.
The comission will choose six best ice-cream makers for the finals. In the finals, competitors will be judged by 5 public judges.

Presentation of production and degustation of gluten – free pizza
for patients with celiac disease and presentation of special equipment.
BIO CUISINE and MARKET for CATERERS (Hall A2)
Presentations, degustations and workshops in live with the possibility to purchase BIO products on the fair market.
CATERING – caterer's offer (Hall A2 110)
Daily available menues with fresh prepared pasta in many ways – with meat sauce, tomatoes, basil or macarons on ''teddy's way'', with pesto sauce, … .
Options for degustating roast pork or steaks with the ''proseco'' and pommes frittes.
Open evaluation ''Wines of caterers'' – Wednesday 13th of February 2013
This year, for the first time, it is possible also for ''notexhibitors'' to participate in the evaluation of the wine samples.
Judges - well-known caterers from Slovenia and abroad.
EMILIJA PAVLIČ – lectures about healthy food – agreements about the terms (hall downstairs)
On the exhibition stand:
- Green cooking for families with children, the elderly and other opportunities;
- Offer of local food from local ingredients is the cheapest and most wanted;
- Meditteranean way of cooking is the easiest, most secure and healthy – cold start with cooking ''on water'', salt and oil, in the end answers on your questions.

It is not easy, but it is worth every effort. Cook profession is highly sought regarding good examples for the past and the present. I offer you my hard-earned culinary and management experiences.
