International specialised FAIRS OF TASTES

exhibitors attend the fairs each year.

educational workshops, where participants acquire

Wine and
spirits evaluation is held within the fair by the catering
profession.
REGULARITY AND RANGE
The Fairs are organised
every year and offer the exhibitors, professionals and businesspeople unique international
job opportunities in the geo-strategic area of the markets of Slovenia, Italy, Germany, Austria, Italy, Hungary, the countries of former Yugoslavia and other potential markets.
The Fairs will be held in hall A, A2 and C in total 5.500 sqm of exhibition area.

1st Slovenian Championship in the PREPARATION OF PIZZA & PIZZA SCHOOL
On the last fair the PIZZA SCHOOL which this time will be organized from Slovenian institutions and firms, was extremely well visited.
The PIZZA SCHOOL will be upgraded with the Slovenian Championship in the PREPARATION OF PIZZA, which will also be open to foreign participant.

7thInternational specialised Fair of ICE Cream
The world’s leading producers and many other brands from the ice cream industry are present, particularly from Italy – the “home of ice cream”.
Ice cream is not “only” ice cream; it is also equipment, ingredients, additives and much more.
The quality of the exhibitors, the rich and various offerings and free tasting are the principal ingredients to the success of the Fair.

3rd Slovenian Championship in the PREPARATION OF ICE-CREAM
On the Championship can register all pastry/ice-cream makers, which have their own room for ice-cream production in Slovenia.

5th International specialised Wine FAIR
The Fair continues the wine culture and tradition in the Slovenian capital. The main goal of the fair is to connect Slovenian and foreign clients with the wine producers.
The professional visitors will choose from the variety of first class Slovenian and other wines to increase the quality and variety of wines in their facilities.
Wine and spirits evaluation is held within the fair by the catering profession.
